Service Overhaul Hydraulic Pump and Motor Unit

We have a modern workshop with CNC and manually operated machines for lapping, grinding and tooling. We carry out dimensional inspection of the internal parts and state of wear. We replace or recover the parts that don’t comply the tolerances specified by the manufacturer. We provide static and dynamic tests of the components, bench calibration and test report. We have the possibility to test pumps, motors, regulators and hydraulic systems to analyze efficiency.

Testing Calibrates Controller System Indicator Angle

The Angle Calibrator is the central unit of the system to provide feedback calibration and adjustments on up to six indicators. Testing is needed to ensure that it is
calibrated accordingly to the ship’s requirement and limitations.
